Vertical Vice
About
Vertical Vice is a pole movement studio dedicated to the art of ascent. We teach pole as both a physical discipline and a personal practice—where strength, control, and confidence are built through intentional vertical movement.
Our classes focus on technique, conditioning, and fluidity, guiding students to climb with purpose and move with awareness. Whether you’re new to pole or refining advanced skills, our approach meets you where you are and challenges you to rise beyond it.
Vertical Vice is not about perfection or performance. It’s about progress, embodiment, and elevation. Every grip builds strength. Every climb builds trust in your body. Every ascent is earned—and owned.
This is a space for people who want to get stronger, move boldly, and take up space unapologetically. Here, the work is upward, the movement is intentional, and the power is yours.
Vertical Vice was founded with the belief that ascent is earned. Built on discipline, control, and intentional movement, the studio reflects a commitment to teaching pole as power—not performance.
Pole Classes
Beginner Series & Foundations Programs
Students learn essential pole skills including basic grips, spins, climbs, transitions, and safe technique, while developing the conditioning needed for long-term progress. Emphasis is placed on control, alignment, and intentional movement to support a strong and sustainable ascent.
This program moves at a supportive pace and provides a solid foundation for future classes. No prior experience is required—just a willingness to learn, explore, and rise into your strength.
Conditioning & Strength Training
Training is structured, intentional, and scalable for all levels. Exercises are chosen to improve endurance, control, and injury awareness, helping students develop the physical foundation needed for safe and confident ascent.
Whether you’re working toward stronger climbs, cleaner transitions, or increased stamina, conditioning is where strength is built and elevation begins.
Flow & Movement Classes
Rather than focusing on isolated tricks, flow classes explore how movement connects—ascending, descending, and transitioning with control. Students learn to blend strength and softness, creating seamless motion that feels grounded, expressive, and powerful.
Flow & Movement classes are suitable for all levels and support both technical progress and embodied expression, offering a deeper understanding of movement as a continuous practice of ascent.
